Logistics Coordinator

Ms. Claude Ghosn is a capable, determined, confident, and well-organized executive assistant with over 15 years of extensive experience in managing client-centric businesses in Lebanon and the UAE. She is equipped with an excellent ability to support all project administrative and logistical needs, including equipment distribution and training logistical support, ensuring the day-to-day logistics, word processing, meeting coordination, scheduling, and internal and international travel arrangements. Proficient in maintaining close communication relationships with the technical team as well as operational and financial staff, in receiving feedback, in troubleshooting questions or problems, and in seeking advice from senior staff. Competent in acting as a sole point of contact for both external and internal agencies and clients. Demonstrated ability to maintain the workflow of the office by ensuring that all systems are in place and running appropriately. Furthermore, Ms. Ghosn has experience in social work, including reviewing applications for services; providing assessments and maintaining rosters of the aided population; assessing and determining the type of help that applicants are in need of; and undertaking regular check-ins with families, individuals, village clerics, social workers, schools, dispensaries, and orphanages to determine the types and levels of assistance required. Ms. Ghosn has an executive assistant degree from the Ecole Pigier in Beirut. Ms. Ghosn is fluent in Arabic, English, and French.
