Ms. Aline Ghosn, Ph.D.

Clinical Psychology & Family Relations Specialist

Ms. Aline A. Ghosn has a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the Holy Spirit University in Kaslik, Lebanon, and has completed several training programs in her field of studies in France and Lebanon. She is a qualified professor of psychology and an expert psychologist/ consultant for various organizations and institutions. Dr. Ghosn has extensive experience with Christian Religious Courts, where she offers her expertise in considering the individual and collective psychological profiles of different family members and their impact on key issues and decisions in family court proceedings (e.g., divorce, child custody, etc.). In the latter capacity, she undertakes comprehensive assessments that include developmental, psychological, social, relational, etc. issues through the application of psychological methodologies and provides analytical and evidence-based reports on these assessments to the courts. As a clinical psychologist, she adheres to a patient-centered approach in her private, hospital, and group therapy practices. She is compassionate and committed to working with patients enduring different mental health issues, family challenges, and/or social pressures, especially for those living in an environment of protracted conflicts or insecurity. She is adept at establishing psychological support (PSS) programs, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), among others.
